Payment and Refund Policy

M And L Woodworking And Storage (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides professional woodworking and storage services across the United States. This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines our procedures for payment, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, ensuring transparency and fairness for all clients.

1. Payment Procedures

Our website does not process online payments. Payment details are provided directly by our management team after confirming your project or service order. Accepted methods may include bank transfer, certified check, or other secure payment methods as communicated by our team. Full payment or agreed-upon deposit is required prior to the commencement of any work unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Service Confirmation

Services are officially confirmed only after a company representative contacts you to verify the project details, schedule, materials, and pricing. We reserve the right to refuse service if the project is incomplete, unsafe, or otherwise legally restricted. No work will commence without confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before service commencement: Clients may cancel their service request prior to project start. Full refunds may be issued, less any reasonable administrative or preparation costs.
  • Partially completed services: Refunds for services partially performed will be prorated based on the work completed and materials used.
  • Non-refundable services: Custom woodworking projects requiring specialized materials or preparation may be non-refundable once work begins. Clients will be informed of any non-refundable components beforehand.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, services may be rescheduled or refunded at the Company’s discretion.

4. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone within seven (7) business days following cancellation or completion of service. Each request is evaluated individually to ensure compliance with this Policy and U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to payments or refunds should first be submitted in writing to our management team. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to mediation, arbitration, or small claims court, in accordance with applicable U.S. law.

6. Legal Compliance

This Policy complies with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, relevant state consumer protection laws, and other applicable U.S. statutes, including the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) where relevant. The Company ensures that all payment and refund transactions are transparent, fair, and legally compliant.
